For My Team

See Your Whole Ministry

One plan for your counseling team, with oversight and shared reports.

What’s Included

  • Everything on the Helper plan for every counselor: the 6 Gs, more than 180 struggles, takeaways and free counselee accounts.
  • Directors you name read every record on the team, with session notes, keep the waiting list, and assign or reassign counselees to balance caseloads. Counselees are told before they write anything.
  • The ministry dashboard: caseloads against capacity, intakes and the waiting list, where each counselee is, graduation rates and open danger flags. Export to Excel or CSV. It never shows answers or session notes.
  • Team assignments your counselors write, approved by a director and seen only by your team, plus team notes on each struggle.
  • Working together: comments on a record, review requests and handoffs.
  • One administrator manages seats and billing, with or without a seat of their own.
  • Two-step sign-in for everyone on the team.

14-day trial. A card is needed to start; nothing is charged until day 15, and you can cancel before then.

The 14-day trial covers up to 3 seats; seats added during it are charged from the day they’re added.

Subscribe in our first year and keep this price for as long as you stay subscribed without a break.

How It Works

  1. Start with 3 seats. The trial covers up to 3, and you can add more at any time.
  2. Invite your counselors and name your directors. Everyone takes a guided tour the first time they sign in.
  3. Lead from one dashboard. See every caseload, the waiting list and what needs attention.

Phase C · Consider the Truth

Seeing Worry before the Sovereign and Faithful God

Isaiah 46:9–10
Remember what happened long ago, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me. I declare the end from the beginning, and from ancient times what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and all My good pleasure I will accomplish.’

Think it through

In Isaiah 46:9–10 God declares the end from the beginning and says His purpose will stand. How does His word silence the fear that your life is spinning out of control?

This week

Set the Fear before His Purpose: Read Isaiah 46:9–10 aloud each morning this week. Beside the fear you named in Assignment 1, write what the passage says God does that your worry has been trying to do.

In the app, a counselee with an account writes an answer and what they did here, and you read them on their record. Or give it on a printed takeaway.

Questions

We use spreadsheets now. What changes?Show

Spreadsheets can’t show you every caseload, the waiting list and where each counselee stands, and they don’t equip your counselors. On a Team plan, directors see all of it on one dashboard, every counselor works from the same reviewed content, and your team can write and approve its own assignments.

How does oversight work, and what are counselees told?Show

Your team turns it on and names its directors. Each counselee is told before they write anything and must agree (for a teen or child, a parent agrees), and they can withdraw that agreement later. Every time a director opens a record, it’s logged where the counselor can see it.

Do counselees pay?Show

No. Each seat includes up to 25 open records with free counselee accounts.

One of our counselors already has their own plan.Show

When they take a seat, their own plan ends and the unused part of what they paid is refunded. Their records come with them.

Is there an onboarding call?Show

No. Every role, from administrator and director to counselor, gets a guided tour through every page and can take it again at any time.

Our church wants to cover its members too.Show

That’s the Church License: a separate product on the same account, with one administrator and one billing page. While it’s in active use, your seats are $29 a month or $299 a year. For My Church →

Can a HIPAA-covered provider use it?Show

No. Change Pathways isn’t offered to HIPAA-covered providers, and we don’t sign business associate agreements.

What happens after the trial?Show

Stripe emails you 7 days before it ends, and we email you 3 days before. Unless you cancel, your seats begin on day 15 and renew until you cancel. Seats added during the trial are charged from the day you add them.
