Walking through it with your spouse or kids? For My Family
How It Works
1Tell us what’s going on. A few short questions and a few lines in your own words.
2Choose where to start. You’ll see suggestions that may fit, or look through them all and choose.
3Begin on solid ground. You’ll read the gospel and answer a short check-in, so the help fits where you are.
4Take the next step. One phase at a time, at your own pace. Mark each step done as you go.

A Look Inside
One assignment from the first phase on worry, as the app gives it.

Seeing Worry before the Sovereign and Faithful God
Isaiah 46:9–10
Remember what happened long ago, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me. I declare the end from the beginning, and from ancient times what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and all My good pleasure I will accomplish.’
Think it through
In Isaiah 46:9–10 God declares the end from the beginning and says His purpose will stand. How does His word silence the fear that your life is spinning out of control?
This week
Set the Fear before His Purpose: Read Isaiah 46:9–10 aloud each morning this week. Beside the fear you named in Assignment 1, write what the passage says God does that your worry has been trying to do.
In the app, you write your answer and what you did here, and they stay private to you.

Questions
How is this different from a devotional, or from counseling?ShowHide▾
A devotional gives you a reading for the day. Change Pathways gives you personalized biblical guidance for the struggle you’re in: six clear phases of Scripture, honest questions and practical steps, so you always know what to do next. It isn’t counseling and doesn’t replace it. It’s ready today, with no waiting list and no appointment, and a single paid counseling session often costs more than a month of Change Pathways. When you meet with a pastor or counselor, link them to your pathway.
Do I have to be a Christian?ShowHide▾
No. Change Pathways is built for believers and open to anyone, and the gospel runs through every step. If you answer that you’re not a Christian, your pathway still opens, with steps written for anyone, a reminder of the gospel on every phase, and the gospel applied to the very thing you’re facing. The last step, Graduate, waits until you answer “yes” or “not sure”. You’ll answer this during your trial, before you pay anything.
Who sees what I write?ShowHide▾
Only you, unless you choose to share it: with your pastor, if you link him, or with your spouse on a Household plan. No one at Change Pathways reads it, and we disclose it only if the law requires it.
Is the content written by AI?ShowHide▾
No. Every step is written in advance and reviewed, and certified biblical counselors and seasoned pastors are reviewing it in our beta. AI does one thing: it suggests which struggles may fit what you describe, and you choose. Names and contact details are removed first, and nothing you write is used to train AI.
Do I need a counselor or pastor?ShowHide▾
No. You can work your pathway on your own. It works best alongside your church, and you can link your pastor at any time.
Is it in the App Store?ShowHide▾
No. It’s a web app. Open it in any browser, or save it to your phone’s home screen, and it opens from its own icon.
What happens after the trial?ShowHide▾
We’ll email you 3 days before it ends. Unless you cancel, your plan begins on day 15 and renews until you cancel. Cancel online in Settings, then Plan and Billing, at any time.
I’m under 18. Can I use it?ShowHide▾
Yes, through a parent’s Household or Helper plan, or a counselor at your church. For My Family →
